Welcome to Trove, operated by Common Table Lab Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trove mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using Trove, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service
Trove is a content organization platform that allows users to: • Save and organize posts, links, and ideas from social media or the web • Categorize saved content into collections • Discover ideas and revisit saved inspiration • Convert saved posts into structured lists, notes, or plans • Share or collaborate on collections with other users Certain features may require subscriptions, in-app purchases, or usage-based credits.
3. User Accounts
Some features of the Service require account creation. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. License and Acceptable Use
Common Table Lab Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Trove for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not: • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform or its components • Use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you submit, save, or create within Trove (including saved posts, notes, links, and collections). By submitting content, you grant Common Table Lab Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
Trove may offer premium features through subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other applicable payment providers and are subject to their respective terms and policies. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your device's account settings.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use Trove to: • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights • Post, share, or distribute misleading, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content • Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users • Manipulate recommendations, rankings, or system behavior through automated or deceptive means • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ACCURACY OF CONTENT, OR RELIABILITY OF EXTERNAL SOURCES ACCESSED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMMON TABLE LAB INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Common Table Lab Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of Trove after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
